Welcome to Zevier. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our website and buying from us. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

Products
We sell everyday bras in three styles: Lace Bras, Push-Up Bras and T-Shirt Bras. We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may look slightly different on your screen than in person, depending on your device settings.
  • Fit can vary from person to person. Please check the options listed on each product page before ordering.
  • Product availability can change. We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

Pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD, $). Prices may change at any time without notice, but the price you see at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay. If any taxes apply, they are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if:

  • A product is out of stock
  • There is an error in the price or product information
  • We cannot verify your details or reach you to confirm your order
  • We suspect fraud or misuse

If we cancel an order, we will let you know. Because payment is made on delivery, no payment will have been collected.

Payment
Zevier accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay the full order total to the delivery agent when your package arrives. No payment is taken online. Please keep the exact amount ready, as the delivery agent may not be able to provide change. See our Payment Policy for full details.

Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to addresses within the United States only.
  • Shipping is free on all orders.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and shipping takes 4-6 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days.
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) on a business day are counted as that day’s orders. Orders placed after 5:00 PM, or on a weekend, are counted as the next business day’s orders.
  • We provide a tracking number for every order.
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of weather, courier issues or other events outside our control.

Refused or Undelivered Orders
If you refuse your package at delivery or cannot be reached, the order is returned to us and treated as cancelled. We may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel, email support@zevier.shop or call +1 (203) 255-5527 with your order number. Orders that have already shipped may need to be returned after delivery, as described in our Return Policy.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
You may return an eligible item within 30 days of delivery, and return shipping is free for approved returns. Because bras are intimate apparel, returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, as described in our Return Policy. Approved refunds are processed within 7 days, by bank transfer or store credit, as described in our Refund Policy. These policies are part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the Zevier name, logo, product images, text, graphics and design, belongs to Zevier or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use
When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Break any law or violate anyone else’s rights
  • Give false or misleading information
  • Place fraudulent or abusive orders
  • Interfere with, damage or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems
  • Use automated tools, such as bots or scrapers, to collect data from our website without our permission
  • Upload or send viruses or any harmful code

We may restrict or block access to our website for anyone who breaks these rules.

Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal information.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zevier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold Zevier harmless from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our website.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to these Terms will be handled in the courts located in Connecticut, unless the law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they were last changed. Orders are governed by the Terms in effect when you placed them. Continued use of our website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
